EVALUATION AND LEARNING
Looking back to move forward
Evaluation is the process of assessing the effectiveness, impact, sustainability or efficiency of a program or initiative. Findings from evaluations and other monitoring activities are critical tools for reflecting, learning and adapting.
We work with programs and organizations on all aspects of evaluation from scoping the need for evaluation to designing and conducting evaluations, and then on to communicating their ,findings to different audiences, and making programmatic changes based upon their recommendations.

Insights and lessons learned
Our expertise covers experimental, quasi-experimental and non-experimental evaluation designs applied to a range of policies and programs with social and environmental objectives.
Our role includes scoping and producing independent evaluations, advising or supporting internal evaluation functions, facilitating reflective exercises to capture key learnings, and building systems and mechanisms for promoting utilization of evaluation findings and learning activities within organizations and across sectors.
After Action Reviews. An iterative process that ask project teams to consider three key questions at regular intervals: what happened, what worked well or could be improved and what should we do differently next time?
